WINTER STORM WARNING:
A winter storm warning is now in effect through 10 a.m. Tuesday for the following areas:
- Frederick, Va./Winchester
- Washington, Md./Hagerstown
- Morgan
- Berkeley
- Jefferson
- Martinsburg
- Charlestown, W.V
These areas could see 6 to 8 inches of snow ending Tuesday morning. Temperatures will be in the upper 20s with winds from the northeast at 10 to 15 mph. Drivers should expect low visibility, and slippery, snow-covered roads.
